Custom Operations Software
You do not need another generic ERP you bend your team around. You need one live system that matches your real processes — so sales, warehouse, and finance stop fighting different versions of the truth.
Priorities that matter
Built for your workflow, not a vendor checklist
Screens, roles, and rules mirror how your people already work — so adoption is a training job, not a culture war.
One source of truth across teams
Stock, orders, status, and clean books live together. Less WhatsApp archaeology, fewer “which Excel is latest?” mornings.
Books and data entry that keep up with ops
When records lag, cash view and tax prep stall. We keep high-volume entry tidy, consistent, and ready for the tools you already use — with checklists and turnaround you can plan around.
Visible progress in weeks, not mystery months
You click working builds every sprint. Scope for go-live is written down; extras go to phase 2 without silently delaying launch.
Run and care after go-live
Backups, monitoring, tweaks, and a clear support path — so the system does not freeze the week after handoff.
What we do
We design and build custom operations software: multi-location inventory, order and dispatch flows, production BOMs, field or staff portals, approvals, and dashboards — including invoice and receipt capture, reconciliations, bookkeeping support, and structured data entry into your ops and accounting tools. Fixed-scope delivery in roughly 30–60 days for a focused first release, with training and ongoing care so the system stays the source of truth.
How it works
- 1
Map the real operating day
We walk sales, warehouse, production, or finance flows with your team — pain points, exceptions, and what “done” looks like.
- 2
Lock a focused go-live scope
Agree the first release: modules, roles, integrations that must work on day one — fixed price and timeline you can plan around.
- 3
Build, demo, refine
Short cycles with demos on real data where possible. You steer priorities; we handle the engineering detail.
- 4
Go live with training & handover of the workflow
Cutover plan, staff training, and a support window so the first busy week does not fall apart.
A good fit if…
- Distributors, manufacturers, and multi-location operators drowning in Excel
- Teams that outgrew WhatsApp + paper but are not ready for a bloated off-the-shelf ERP
- Founders who want one operating portal their staff will actually open
Typical scope
Typical first release: core ops portal (inventory and/or orders/workflows) in about 30–60 days. Bookkeeping support and high-volume data entry can sit inside the same engagement when they are part of your operating day. Integrations (accounting, barcode, messaging) and extra modules follow in clear phases.
- → One live system your teams open every day
- → Fewer spreadsheet gaps between sales, warehouse, and finance
Worries we hear most
“Will this turn into a never-ending ERP project?”
We freeze a go-live MVP in writing. New ideas are estimated and scheduled — they do not silently expand the first deadline.
“Will our team refuse to use it?”
We design from observed workflows and train on the real screens. If a step feels worse than Excel, we fix it before calling it done.
“What about our existing tools and data?”
We plan cutover and imports deliberately — often start with critical flows live, then migrate history and secondary tools in phases.
“Do we get the source code? What if you disappear?”
We do not hand over source code — that is our delivery model. In return you get a maintained system: backups, monitoring, agreed fix windows, and admin access to the live product. Your operations keep running; we keep the engine room.
