Job management, inspection and site-documentation system for a shade-structure builder — from creating a job (or spinning one off an existing inspection) to making sure every Pre-start and JSEA is signed before the crew leaves site.
What we built
- Create jobs from existing inspections with relevant data carried across
- Mobile "My Jobs" portal: activities, timesheets, photos and signed Pre-start / JSEA forms
- Form submissions auto-filled into reusable DOCX templates
- Site-departure validation blocks leaving until required paperwork is done
